  • 240 g chickpeas drained weight from a 400g can
  • 230 g peas I use frozen peas which I defrost
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
