  • Instant naan
  • 1cup maida
  • 1 cup sooji
  • 2-3tbsp curd
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Eno 1 pouch
  • Warm water 1/2 cup
  • Knead into a soft dough.
  • Leave it for 1/2 an hour.
  • Now make 10 - 12 equal balls.
  • Roll a little apply oil and fold like lacha parantha loi, sprinkle little kalongi on each roll.
  • Now roll as thin as u can and make it like elongated roti, on tawa. Apply butter and serve with makhani dal or shahi paneer.
