- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 lb chicken breast, about 2 small chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
- TOPPING:
- crushed tortilla chips + melted butter
