Ingredients
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1C sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 TB almond extract
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C sliced almonds
- 1 TB sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions
- Bake 350 for 25 min or slightly browned.
- Cream butter & sugar. Add yolk and extract to mix. Add flour.
- Turn dough into ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan (or sheet pan) & evenly spread to edges.
- Beat egg whites and spread foamy whites over top. Sprinkle nuts and cinnamon/sugar mix evenly over top.
