Joyce’s Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 13 eggs
- Hot jimmy dean sausage
- 8 oz pkg shredded cheese
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 3/4 pkg of hash browns

Directions
- Sauté the peppers and onions in butter. Then add 2 tsp djon mustard. Beat the eggs and add rest of ingredients. I add about 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream. 9x12 pan. I spread butter on sides and bottom. Bake 30-35 minutes 350. After I take from oven I sprinkle some cheese on top.
