KBBQ Marinade
Ingredients
- 5 lemons
- 1 garlic cluster
- 2 cups vinegar
- 6 oz bottle honey
- 28 oz masterpiece bbq sauce
- 9 oz bottle oyster sauce
- 24 oz bottle caravelli
- 12 oz bottle beer
- 17 oz yoshida orig gourmet
- 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper

- Squeeze 5 lemons into very large pot
Add all of the following to the pot:
- Pound peel and dice garlic
- Vinegar
- 1/2 to 3/4 of honey
- Masterpiece BBQ sauce
- All but 1 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 Caravelli
- Beer
- All but 1 cup yoshida orig gourmet
- Sweet soy sauce
- Pepper
- Let marinate over night
- For the BBQ base
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 1 cup yoshida orig gourmet
- 2 tbs sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 cup marinade
