Directions

  1. Season the liver pieces with 2 lemons, salt, pepper, coriander, and cumin
  2. Let flavor settle for an hour, place in the fridge
  3. In a pan add oil and minced garlic (two spoons) and stir
  4. Then add liver and let cook (dark brown) - you’ll need to turn it to the other side
  5. Doesn’t take too long - around 30 mins
