  1. 1. Masukkan butter dalam kuali, cairkan. Api kecik, jaga jangan bagi butter hangus
  2. 2. Matikan api, masukkan susu pekat setengah tin, kacau sebati
  3. 3. Masukkan serbuk koko (setengah) atau secukup rasa. Gaul sebati
  4. 4. Bukak api kecik, masukkan biskut marie yang dipatahkan. Patah jangan terlalu kecik. Gaul sebati
  5. 5. Tutup api, angkat kuali dari dapur. Patahkan biskut sambil gaul
  6. 6. Masukkan dalam loyang, ratakan, kemudian tekan bagi padat
  7. 7. Simpan dalam peti ais (half day) ataupun freezer (20 minit)
