Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 4 oz. full fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup full fat sour cream6 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup full fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder / or 1-2 cloves of fresh pressed garlic.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (To make this recipe extra creamy, add 1 tbs of heavy whipping cream when adding ingredients, this will add 11 calories per serving to the macros listed. )
