- 4 cups (482g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- Pineapple Filling
- 1 can (567g) crushed pineapple, drained*
- 1 cup (198g) sugar
- 2 tablespoons (14g) cornstarch or 2 tablespoons (21g) Instant ClearJel
- 2 tablespoons (14g) butter, melted
- *If you're using cornstarch, reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.
- Streusel Topping
- 3/4 cup (90g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup (198g) sugar
- 6 tablespoons (85g) butter, melted
