Method - wash wipe clean and slit the bhindi into four pieces length wise, cut into half from middle if bhindi is too long.
Now add all the above masala along with Besan to this slitted bhindi. Mix all the masala into bhindi. Now add oil to this masala bhindi and mix with your hands make sure to rub this oil well into the bhindi. This way all the masala sticks to the bhindi. Let this mix rest for about half an hour and then divide it into two batches. Spread the first batch of this bhindi onto your microwave plate directly making sure the plate is clean, microwave for about 5 mins and check. Now keep microwaving for 3 to 4 mins each time until it's crispy and done. This process will take about 20 mins with each batch.Do keep checking in between. Similarly complete the other batch and when all done put together all the bhindi together and microwave for 2 more minutes.
