Lasagna Florentine

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 pound turkey ground, cooked until not pink
  • 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 container (15 oz) Ricotta
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, well drained or 1 can well drained
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3-4 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Add sauce to cooked pork.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, egg, spinach, pepper flakes, and mix well.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 13X9 greased dish. Layer 3 noodles, spread cheese mixture over noodles. Spoon 1 cup sauce over cheese. Sprinkle on mozzarella Repeat 3 more times.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
