Press 2/3 cup Butter, 2 Cups Flour, 4 Tbsp sugar into a 13x9 pan bake at 375 for 15 minutes until brown
Filling
Mix 4 Eggs, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp vanilla, 1-1/2 Cups Coconut and spread on finished crust. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until solid
Glaze
2 Cups sifted Powder Sugar, 4 tsp Lemon rind, 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice mix and spread on top after removing from oven.
