Lemon Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 4-5 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3-4 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in the sugar, a little at a time, alternating with the lemon juice. Add lemon zest and salt and beat until desired consistency.
- Makes enough to generously fill and frost a9" layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
