  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 4-5 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3-4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in the sugar, a little at a time, alternating with the lemon juice. Add lemon zest and salt and beat until desired consistency.
  2. Makes enough to generously fill and frost a9" layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
