  • 4-6 pounds roasting chicken
  • 1/2 cup onion/ chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. 1. Place onion in the cavity of the chicks and rub the skin with butter. Place chicken in CrockPot slow cocker.
  2. 2. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Cover and cook LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours
