Lemon Pepper Filet & Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 4 oz filet mignon
  • 2 tsp Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/8 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 C shredded cabbage
  • Stevia

Directions

  1. Season the filet with 1 tsp of the vinegar, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, & the rosemary. Gently rub into meat. In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the filet 2-3 mins on each side to desired doneness. Slice very thin
  2. Put the cabbage, stevia, 1 Tbsp water, the remaining vinegar & 1/4 tsp lemon pepper in a small saucepan. Cook cabbage over medium heat for 3-5 mins. Serve the filet over cabbage.
