Season the filet with 1 tsp of the vinegar, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, & the rosemary. Gently rub into meat. In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the filet 2-3 mins on each side to desired doneness. Slice very thin
Put the cabbage, stevia, 1 Tbsp water, the remaining vinegar & 1/4 tsp lemon pepper in a small saucepan. Cook cabbage over medium heat for 3-5 mins. Serve the filet over cabbage.
