Lentil and Parmesan Gluten-Free Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • - 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Combine lentils, eggs, yogurt, salt, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add parsley and baking powder. Mix until combined.
  4. 4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
