Linguini With White Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package linguini
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tea. Ground pepper
  • 1/4 tea. Salt
  • 3 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams, undrained
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cook pasta, drain. Lightly brown garlic in oil.remove from heat, add parsley, pepper, salt, clams with juice and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour over hot pasta.
