• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
• FROSTING
• 1 stick Browned Butter cooled- not hot; melted
• 1 stick butter softened
• 1 lb powdered sugar 4cups
• 1-2 tbsp Milk as needed
