Cook the Rice with the water and Bovril. Follow rice recipes.
Cook on a wok or just 2 minutes cooking the fresh ginger, add the celery , red peppers and red wine vinegar. When it is warm and just tender but still crunchy, add the pepper jelly and mix with the cook rice. Taste with salt and peppers.
Serve with red onions on top.
To have a complete meal for protein add frozen cook edame or cook white bean.
