• 5 oz dark chocolate, 72% or higher cocoa content
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/3 cup raw honey
• 2 omega-3, free range eggs
• 2 t vanilla extract
• 1/4 t almond extract
• 1 cup blanched almond flour
• 2 T coconut flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 2 cooked beets, pureed (to save time use organic, canned beets)
