Lynne's Quick Pickles

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. sliced dill pickles, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed (I use less)
  • 3 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish

Directions

  1. Combine pickles, onion and sugar. Add celery seed, horseradish and vinegar.
  2. Stir to mix and put in quart jar or canning jar. (I also have divided in 2 pint canning jars.)
  3. Shake 2 or 3 times.
  4. Ready to use the next day! Yummy!
