Ingredients

  • 1# of dough
  • 8 mini mozzarella balls, halved
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 12 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup cold red gravy
  • 1/3 cup grated parm
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Basil, chiffonade to garnish
  • Shaved parm regg to garnish
  • Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt/Pepper

Directions

  1. Grease a cookie sheet and stretch dough into the pan and let rise, spread again if necessary. Microplane garlic and spread even on dough (crust also). Slice tomatoes and put on top of pizza. Make piles of prosciutto on pizza,evenly distributed. Add mozzarella halves, grated parm and using a table spoon, dollop sauce evenly over pizza.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven on one side for 12 minutes, rotate 180 degrees and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Once out of the oven transfer pizza to cutting board. Garnish with shaved parm, chiffonade basil, salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil. Pizza should be large enough for 12 slices
