Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBSP butter
- 3 TBSP milk

Directions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients. Beat well with electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9X9 or 8X8 pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Topping
- Bring to a boil. Pour over hot cake before removing from pan.
