  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 8 slices Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon
  • 3 tablespoons Grade A Dark Maple Syrup
  • fresh parsley for garnish, optional
  • For the salad:
  • 1 small organic garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • Real Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 large head organic red or green leaf lettuce
  • 1 ripe organic avocado
