- 3/4 cup boiled Water
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1 tbs Vanilla

- Mix cold water and Jelletin
- Let stand 5min
- In large pot boiled Water and Sugar
- Cook over medium heat until 210 spin threads
- Pour in to Jelletin
- Let stand 20 min
- Add Vanilla
- Mix high speed until creamy.
- Pour into molds.
