Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
  • I added cheese seasonings and other spices for taste

Directions

  1. Chop up cauliflower and blend into a blender
  2. Add in cottage cheese and milk
  3. Blend until smooth :)
  4. Add more of cottage cheese, milk if needed
