• 1 tuore chili

• suolaa
• mustapippuria
• Tarjoile esim. nuudelien, parsakaalin tai riisin kanssa!

• 1 dl soijakastiketta
• 1/2 dl fariinisokeria tai ruokosokeria
• 2 rkl seesamöljyä
• 3-4 rkl omenaviinietikkaa tai makeaa Mirin-riisiviiniä
• 1/2 dl vettä
• 2 tl maissitärkkelystä
• 2 tl inkivääriä (jauhettuna)
• 3 kpl valkosipulin kynsiä
