  • 150g goat’s cheese, crumbled
  • 250g packet sweet baby capsicums, halved
  • 3 zucchini, thickly sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 200g grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh oregano
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
