Heat butter. Add cookie crumbs and mix until butter is evenly distributed. Line 1/2 sheet pan with plastic wrap and cover the bottom of the pan with 1/2 crumb mixture. In mixer on lowest speed add ice cream and mint candy. Slowly mix, try to break open mints. Pour onto cookie crumbs and gently spread throughout the pan. Once evenly distributed add remaining cookie crumb, cover with plastic wrap and refreeze. Cut into 12 triangles, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
