Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 750g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.5L chicken stock
  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan and add mushrooms Sauté lightly
  2. Place mushrooms, chicken stock, onion and salt and pepper into the slow cooker
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, turn to high and stir in cream and milk.
  4. Cook on low for 6-10 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours.
  5. Add gelatines
