  • Rempah kurma alagappas
  • Minyak sapi
  • Santan
  • Sup tomato
  • Blended:-
  • Bwg merah 1, sederhana besar
  • 5 bwg putih
  • Buah karas 10ish
  • Buah badam 3-4 pieces
  • Kismis segenggam

Directions

  1. 1) Boil the meat till tender. Separate the meat and cut small.
  2. 2) Atas api, satu sudu minyak sapi + minyak biasa. Add sliced onions, daun pandan, rempah ratus. Tggu wangi
  3. 3) Add bahan blended, tunggu wangi n masak.
  4. 4) In a small bowl, add 1 spoon rempah sup, 3 spoon rempah kurma. Mix with water till became a paste. Add atas kuali. Tunggu pecah minyak.
  5. 5) Add 1 spoon of santan, 3 spoon of sup tomato in the mix.
  6. 6) Add rice. Kacau. Add 1 cup of sup dgg per 1pot of rice. Can use all sup dgg or halved with plain water. Add a dash of salt.
  7. For sup dgg, can tumis darat and add bawang goreng with daun sup, daun bwg with salt ofcoz.
