750g cream cheese, at room temperature
215g (1 cup) caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
2 tbsp plain flour
4 eggs
1 x 300ml ctn sour cream
120g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries
