In large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Kneed the dough on a lightly floured surface until firm. Roll out the dough to 1/2 - inch thickness, and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Put the biscuits on a baking sheet, 1/2 inch apart. Bale at 300 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. When done, the biscuits should be firm to the touch. Turn the oven off, and leave the biscuits in for 1 to 2 hours to harden.
Yield depends on size of cookie cutter, basic two inch sizes yields 75 pieces.
For wheat allergies, feel free to replace the wheat flour with spelt flour or rice flour. Adjusting amounts slightly to maintain consistency in the dough mixture.
