  • 250g Fussili
  • 100g grünes Pesto
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200g Kirschtomaten
  • 750ml Wasser
  • 1 Teelöffel Salz
  • 2 Prisen Pfeffer

Directions

  1. Die Zwiebel in dünne Scheiben schneiden, die Zucchini in Würfel schneiden. Alle Zutaten in den Topf geben.
  2. 750ml Wasser, einen Teelöffel grobes Salz und zwei Prisen gemahlenen Pfeffer hinzugeben.
  3. 15-20 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen und regelmäßig umrühren. Am Topfboden müssen 2cm Flüssigkeit bleiben.
