1 smashed banana
1 tsp baking powder
40 sprays (10 per cake) Parkay spray
2 tbs sf syrup
Cinnamon

Directions

Pam spray so it doesn’t stick while cooking
I poured in hot pan 1/3rd cup at a time. Made four nice sized pancakes!
