#Oxtail w/Broad Beans

• 2-3 pounds beef oxtail, cut into pieces

• 1/2 Tbsp sweet paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice

• 1 cup red wine

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 + cups beef stock
• 1 scotch bonnet chile pepper, whole poked with holes

• 1 can fava beans or large butter, or other white beans , drained

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
