Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ to 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts (skinless/boneless)
  • Quarter to half of one whole green cabbage
  • Coarse sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp arrowroot/sweet potato flour/powder
  • 2 medium chicken eggs + 2-3 tbsp water*
  • 6 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • ⅓ cup almond flour (alt. ¼ cup cassava flour)
  • ¾ tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 ½ - 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tsp coconut aminos
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • ¼ tsp onion granules
