Beat eggs well. Add in coconut flour and mix until there are no chunks left. Mex in the baking powder and spices.
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Once pan is hot, pour the batter into the pan until it reaches the sides of the pan. Turn the heat to low, cover the pan, and leave for 3-4 min. Flip, cook other side for about 2 min. Continue until all batter is used.
Once removed from the pan, dust the outside of the crust in coconut flour to diminish a sticky feel.
