  • 3/4 cup peanut flour or powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

  1. Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately- then together. Fold in chocolate chips
  2. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
