Directions

  1. Oil in pan med-hi heat
  2. Cook onions quickly (sear) for color
  3. Add small amount of water and cover to steam and soften
  4. Add ham
  5. Add garlic, heat
  6. Add peas, heat
  7. Add salt
  8. Add parsley, heat and serve
