Peg’s Simple Alfredo

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter (half stick)
Spoon minced garlic
1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
8oz parmesan cheese (one bag)
Ground black pepper

Directions

Melt butter.
Sauté garlic for a minute.
Stir in cream slowly.
Add cheese.
Keep on medium low to keep from bubbling.
