- 10lbs Russet Potatoes- washed, peeled, cut into chucks
- 1 1/2 Cups Roasted Garlic
- 1lbs Butter
- 1 Qt Half and Half
- 4.5 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp WHITE Pepper
