Ingredients

  • Pickled Beets
  • 8-12 beets
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups white or cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teas picking spice
  • 1 crumbled cinnamon stick
  • 1 teas salt
  • Cook Beets, slice and cool
  • Combine other ingredients and boil for 15 minutes
  • Pour over beets and refrigerate
