Add eggs and water to flour, baking powder. Add salt. Blend ingredients, then roll dough out 1/8" thick. Cut in squares to accommodate the plumes. Pit the plums and roll out the dough. Pinch sides of dough so not to let water into the dumpling. Boil dumpling for 10 minutes.
For the syrup: combine and beat all of the ingredients until creamy. Then add 1 cup boiling water then stir.
