Porkchop with Pomegranate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 6 tsp green onion

Directions

  1. Stir together salt, cinnamon, and pepper and rub on each chop.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook the chops over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the pan.
  3. In a saucepan bring the juice and sugar to a boil uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until reduced by half. Return pork to the skillet and cook 1 more minute. Garnish with onions.
