Stir together salt, cinnamon, and pepper and rub on each chop.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook the chops over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the pan.
In a saucepan bring the juice and sugar to a boil uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until reduced by half. Return pork to the skillet and cook 1 more minute. Garnish with onions.
