  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup light-medium beer
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup green onions chopped, extra for garnish
