Primal Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup real extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 room temperature raw eggs
  • 1tsp mustard (or to taste)
  • 1tsp salt, to taste (Candi uses truffle salt)
  • 1 splash lacto-fermented brine, like bubbles pickle juice or sauerkraut juice.
  • 1/4 tsp of any spices you want

Directions

  1. Put all except the brine in a large mason jar and blend with an immersion blender, starting at the bottom and working your way up to the top, until creamy.
  2. When blended, add your brine and stir.
