Primal Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cod liver in it’s own oil
  • 1 tablespoon (or more) mustard
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablesppon of Apple cider vinger or juice from a lemon
  • salt to taste
  • any spices you would like (pepper for example or Italian seasoning), or you can put them in afterwards

Directions

  1. All you need is a stick blender and a container that isn’t too wide but wide enough for the stick blender to fit.
  2. Put everything in the container and put the stick blender on the bottom and turn it on.
  3. Let everything emulsify while the stick blender is on and tem move the stickblender slowly up and down.
  4. After about 20-30 second it should all be done.
  5. Now put in a glass container with lid and put in the fridge.
  6. It will get thicker and the taste is nicer when refrigerated.
  7. This stays fresh for at least a week in the fridge.
