Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Frosting
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 stick butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream sugar, oil, butter, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix well in a bowl until creamy, then add flour, cloves, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix well. Bake in jelly roll pan for 20-25 minutes. Cool then frost.
- For frosting, mix all ingredients and melt on stove, cool, then frost bars.
